摘　　要：利用虚拟专用网络(VPN)技术,开发了《普通发票使用监控查询系统》,该系统在不更改、不破坏原有网络的情况下,可以透明、有效、保密地传输程序中的数据.VPN means that the private network is built up in the public network where the date spreads by the safe 'encrypted piping'.Through the authors deep search of VPN,VPN has been successfully used in the development of 'the usage of the common invoice in the supervision and inquiry system'.And the date in the system can be transmitted pellucidly,effectively and securely underlay the circumstance of unchanging and destroying and the original network.
