摘　　要：通过三次天津市科技期刊评估 ,从办学宗旨体现政治导向、内容质量体现学术水平、编校质量体现编辑水平、排印质量和管理质量体现综合效益四个方面分析了《天津城市建设学院学报》的发展变化情况 ,并根据国家对科技期刊发展的导向作用 ,即更加重视期刊的学术质量 。The development of Journal of TIUC is analyzed from the point of th ree-time assessments of scientific and technical periodicals of Tianjin in the f ollowing four aspects:the purpose for running a school embodying political guida nce,content and quality reflecting academic level,the quality of editing standi ng for editorial level,the quality of typesetting and printing and the level of management deciding comprehensive benefits. Six-point tentative plans for the fu ture development of the Journal are proposed in the light of the reality of the Institute,according to the state's guiding roles for the scientific and technica l periodicals,i.e.paying more attention to the academic quality of periodicals.
