摘  要:用地木耳的提取物处理石竹和孔雀草种子,发现在2mg/L^lOmg/L浓度范围内均能提高种子的发芽率,苗高、干重、上胚轴和下胚轴的长度、根长、侧根数均有明显提高,尤以2mg/L^5mg/L浓度作用显著,这与许多文献所报道的有效促进禾本科植物种子发芽及幼苗生长的浓度基本是一致的,本研究结果可为农业生产提供理论依据。Treating China pink and peacock grass with distilled Nostoc Commune, we discovered that within the scope of 2mg/L ~10mg/L density, the rate of germination, the height of seedling , the weight of seed, the length of top germ stalk and the number of the roots are all obviously improved. This is in accordance with the density recorded in the literature, which can effectively promote the sprouting of seeds and the growing of the seedlings. This research findings can provide the theory for the agricultural production.
