摘　　要：本文从分析终身教育观点的历史和现实背景入手,提出了在我国大力建立和发展富有活力的终身教育体系的重要性问题。通过分析国内会计职业培训的现状,归纳出了社会职业培训成功的重要决定因素。This paper analyses the historical and practical background of the concept of life-long education.Accordingly,the author puts forward the importance of building and developing the dynamic life-long education system in China and the problems that should be paid attention to.In addition,based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic accounting vocational training,the decisive factors of the successful social vocational training are summarized.
