摘　　要：分析了电子政务大厅功能和组成结构,对构建电子政务大厅电子公文流转系统、信息发布系统、并联审批系统的功能和原理进行了分析.This article analyses the functions and structures of electron government affair hall and also does the functions and principles of its electron document stream system,its information issue system and its parallel connection examination and approval system.
