摘　　要：在住宅设计中由粗放型向精细化转化过程中,容易忽视一些细节问题。住宅建筑量大面广,这些小问题的处理关系到广大住户的利益,在一定程度上影响到住宅建设的质量,应引起建筑师的重视。In the transform process fron extensive style to intensive style in housing design, some details may be easily neglected. As these small problems relate the interest of vast residents and impair the quality of housing construction to a certain extent, designers should pay more attention to details.
