摘 要:研究了高强轻集料混凝土的收缩特性及其影响因素.结果表明:轻集料混凝土的收缩特性明显不同于普通混凝土,其早期收缩率比普通混凝土低,而后期收缩率远远大于普通混凝土.高强普通混凝土的收缩在28d之后逐渐趋于平缓,而高强轻集料混凝土在28d以后仍具有较大的收缩.研究发现,通过提高轻集料的预饱水程度,掺加适量膨胀剂、粉煤灰或纤维,能够有效减小高强轻集料混凝土的收缩.Shrinkage characteristic and its effect on shrinkage of high strength lightweight aggregate concrete(HSLWAC) were studied. Test results show that the shrinkage characteristic of HSLWAC is different from normal concrete. At the early stage it is lower than that of normal concrete. At the late stage it is much higher than that of normal concrete. The shrinkage rate goes to stabilization after 28 days, but it still has great shrinkage rate. By raising the water saturation degree of lightweight aggregate, mixing with proper dosage of expansion agent and fly ash, and intermingling with fiber, the shrinkage rate of HSLWAC can be reduced markedly.
