摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善和政治民主化浪潮的兴起 ,人们逐渐认识到民主政治必然是责任政治 ,民主政治下的政府也必然是负责任的政府。近年来 ,国内的一些专家学者围绕政府责任和责任政府的有关问题进行了较为广泛深入地探讨 。Under the perfection of socialist market economy system and the waves of political democratization,people come to realize that a democratic political system must be a responsible one,and a government under the system must be a responsible government.In recent years,questions concerning government responsibility and responsible government have been well studied by our scholars and experts.Such research will surely promote the construction of political civilization of our country.
