摘　　要：毛泽东人权思想是对马克思主义人权理论的丰富和发展,学习毛泽东人权思想,对坚持有中国特色社会主义人权观,不断取得国际人权斗争的新胜利,都有重要的理论意义和现实意义。Mao Zedong's human rights thought had enriched and developed Marxist human rights idea , to study by heart Mao Zedong's human rights thought makes them of great theoretical and practical significance to counterattack the human rights offensive from western countries , and to advance further the cause of socialist human rights which is featured in China's own characteristics .
