摘　　要：通过分析我国高校学报的现状和存在问题 ,阐述了高校学报改革的必要性和方向By analyzing the present situation of the journals sponsored by universities in China, a conclusion is obtained that a reform is needed for the journals, and here two proposals are offered: specialization and socialization.
