摘 要:应用共沉淀法和胶态共沉淀法制备了铜铬铝复合氧化物催化剂。用高压反应、XRD、TPR、TPD、TEM、BET、DTG等方法对催化剂进行表征,考察了催化剂的制备方法和铝含量对低温液相合成甲醇的活性、选择性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,胶态共沉淀法制备的铜铬铝催化剂的反应活性和稳定性最好,铝含量有一最佳值,铝元素的加入使催化剂中活性组分更加分散,催化剂的比表面增大,对原料分子CO和H2的吸附能力增强,这是其活性和稳定性提高的主要原因。The novel Cu-Cr-Al based catalysts were prepared by the method of coprecipitation from solstate,and its performance was investigated in a batch reactor for lowtemperature methanol synthesis (LTMS). The catalysts were characterized by XRD, TPR, TPD, TEM and DTG techniques. It was shown that coprecipitation from solstate has the best results of activity and selectivity among the three methods applied. The addition of alumina into Cu-Cr catalysts could enable a higher dispersion of active components enhancing the adsorption capacity of CO and/or H2, and resulted in a higher catalytic activity and an improved selectivity.
