摘 要:以粗羊毛脂为原料,提出了一条羊毛脂在碱水溶液中添加助剂乙醇皂化及其用钙皂转化来分离产物的工艺路线。通过实验研究,初步确定的适宜工艺条件为:羊毛脂皂化过程采用羊毛脂加入醇碱水溶液的加料方式,氢氧化钠用量为1.8倍理论碱量,皂化助剂为乙醇,皂化温度77~78℃,反应时间8h,相应的皂化率为98%以上;在皂化产物分离过程中,氯化钙用量为1.33倍理论用量,反应温度25℃,萃取羊毛醇的溶剂为乙醇。在该工艺条件下,羊毛醇产率可达45%。A new process was proposed to saponify the crude lanolin in alkaliaqueous solution with the addition of ethanol and then to separate the product by converting the sodium soap into calcium soap. Based on the experiments, the proper process conditions are obtained. For the saponification process, a conversion efficiency of more than 98% was achieved with the NaOH dosage being 1.8 times the theoretical value, the reaction temperature of 77~78 ℃ and the reaction time of 8 hours. For the separation process, an extraction efficiency for lanolin alcohol was reached over 45% with the dosage of CaCl2 being 1.33 times the theoretical value and the reaction temperature of 25 ℃.
