摘 要:在微波辐射下用氯乙酸对壳聚糖进行化学改性 ,探讨微波条件下 ,反应物投料比、反应时间、反应温度等对羧甲基壳聚糖产率和粘度的影响。应用红外光谱分析确认在壳聚糖上引入了羧甲基基团。当氨基葡萄糖单元与氯乙酸的摩尔比为 1∶4,反应时间为 2 0min ,反应温度为 65℃时 。The carboxymethyl chitosan was prepared from chloroacetic acid and chitosan under microwave irradiation. The effects of concentration of chloroacetic acid,treatment time and temperature on the yield and viscosity were studied. The products were analyzed by infrared spectrum. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of glucosamine(the basic unit of chitosan) to chloroacticacid was 1∶4; the reaction temperature was 65°C; the carboxymethylation time was 20 min.
