摘　　要：城市之间的协作发展研究应当置于区域经济合作的框架下。靖江与江阴、张家港三地的协作有其必要性和良好的基础,三地应联合或协调进行基础设施建设;建立三市联合协调委员会;加快市场化改革,增进区际合作;积极争取政策支持;从而加速三地的协作发展。The study on the collaborative development between cities must be carried out in the framework of regional economic cooperation.Thecollaboration between Jingjiang,Jiangyin and Zhangjiagang has as its base the necessity and solid foundation.Therefore the three cities shouldcooperate and collaborate in their infrastructure construction,setting up a joint collaboration committee to speed up their market reform and promoteregional cooperation and actively striving for policy support so as to speed up the collaborative development of the three cities.[
