可持续发展文化建设刍议

摘　　要：　可持续发展代表人类社会发展的方向,实施可持续发展战略离不开可持续发展文化的支持。可持续发展文化本质上是一种生态文化,具有整体和谐、系统有序和创新性三大特点。可持续发展文化建设有利于可持续发展战略的实施,能够促进可持续发展能力建设和推动可持续发展进程。进行可持续发展文化建设的十大对策:树立人均意识、控制人口增长,确立大教育观、提高人口素质,强化参与意识、推动公众参与,改变资源观念、建立资源节约型国民经济体系,变革能源观念、实施清洁能源方案,提高环境意识、保护生态环境,转变生产观念、推广清洁生产,革新消费观念、推行可持续消费模式,坚持大开放观、推动中外文化交流,调整传统人地观念、促进人地关系和谐。The tendency of our human society is towards sustainable development, the practice of which has to be nourished by the culture. As ecological culture in essence, the sustainable development culture has three characteristics: 1.It is harmonious as a whole.2.It is systematical. 3.It greatly innovates. It can contribute to putting the sustainable development strategy into practice, improve the capacity of sustainable development and enhance the process of that. To construct sustainable development culture, ten proposals are suggested as the following: bearing an average perspective and controlling the growth ratio of population, setting up the whole-scaled education and improving the quality of population, starting and reinforcing public participation, changing the ideas about resources and establishing resources-saved national economy system, reforming the ideas about energy and bringing the clean-energy program into effect, advancing the concerns with ecological environment and protecting the ecological environment, updating the viewpoints on production and extending cleaner production, modifying the inclination of consumption and spreading the sustainable style of consumption, persisting in grand exploitation and promoting the exchange between Chinese and the foreign countries, mediating the traditional relationship between human being and the earth and increasing the harmony between them, and so on.
