摘　　要：介绍了化学酸洗缓蚀剂的作用机理,详细阐述了对研制的YH-2酸洗缓蚀剂进行的腐蚀速度和缓蚀效率、抑制酸雾能力、酸洗老化等试验及对试验结果的讨论。在进行了生产性试验后,结果表明,YH-2酸洗缓蚀剂质量稳定,在硫酸酸洗中,对钢材的缓蚀效果好,抑制酸雾持久。The function mechanism of chemical pickling inhibitor was introduced. Tests of corrosion speed, inhibitability efficiency, acid mist inhibiting ability and pickling for developed YH-2 pickling inhibitor and corresponding results were presented in detail. Production tests results indicated that YH-2 pickling inhibitor has good quality retention, good inhibiting effect and lasting acid mist inhibiting
