摘　　要：目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定利巴韦林氯化钠注射液中利巴韦林的含量。方法 :采用ShimpackC18(4.6mm× 15cm)色谱柱 ,以重蒸馏水为流动相 ,流速 :1ml·min-1,紫外检测波长为 2 0 7nm ,采用外标法测定利巴韦林含量。结果 :利巴韦林浓度在 30～ 70 μg·ml-1范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好 (r =0 .9997) ;平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 0 .2 %。结论 :本方法准确、简便、快速 ,适用于测定利巴韦林氯化钠注射液中利巴韦林的含量。Objective: To establish a method of to determine ribaavirin content in ribavirin and sodium chloride injection.Method: shimpack C 18 column was used, distilled water was used as mobile phase, a flow rate was 1 ml·min -1, and the utlraviolet detection wavelength was at 207 nm. Ribavirin was determined by external standard.Result: There was an ideal linear relation between peak area and concentration within a range of 30 to 70 μg·ml -1. The average recovery was 100.1%(RSD= 0.2%).Conclusion: It is accurate, simple, and rapid to determine ribavirin content in ribavirin and sodium chloride injection by HPLC.
