8-甲氧补骨脂素脂质体凝胶的研制

摘　　要：目的 :制备 8 甲氧补骨脂素脂质体 (LMOP)凝胶 ,并评价其质量。方法 :以均匀设计法优化工艺制得LMOP凝胶 ,用透射电镜观察其形态 ,用凝胶柱层析法结合HPLC测定其包封率及该制剂的稳定性。结果 :所制脂质体形态圆整 ,分布较均匀 ,平均粒径为 5 5 0nm ,粒径范围为 15 0～ 10 0 0nm ,平均包封率为 90 .13% ,于 4 0℃贮存 3个月 ,脂质体形态及包封率无显著改变。结论 :该脂质体凝胶制备工艺可行 ,稳定性较好 。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of liposomal gel encapsulated 8-methoxypsoralen and evaluate its quality.METHODS The optimum preparation technology was established by uniform design. The stability of the liposomes was also studied.RESULTS The liposomes in the gel were globular vesicles and the mean particle size was 550nm,with the particle range of 150～1000 nm.The average encapsulated ratio was 90.13%.The gel stored at 40℃ for 3 months were stable.CONCLUSION The technology of preparation of 8-methoxypsoralen liposomal gel is valuble to be further investigated.
