内源性高甘油三酯血症对血小板活性的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究内源性高甘油三酯血症患者血脂对血小板活性的影响。方法　测定内源性高甘油三酯血症 (HTG)患者及正常对照者凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间 (APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fg)含量、血小板计数 (BPC)、血浆α颗粒膜蛋白 GMP- 14 0 (GMP- 14 0 )含量和血浆脂质含量。结果　 HTG患者 PT、 Fg含量、BPC及血浆 GMP- 14 0含量无明显差异。 PT与血浆 BG、apo E水平呈线性相关 (r=0 .5 0 0 ,P=0 .0 12 )。 Fg含量与血浆 BG呈正相关 (r=0 .5 98,P=0 .0 0 0 )。 HTG患者 BPC与 TG含量呈负相关 (r=- 0 .4 89,P<0 .0 5 )。血浆GMP- 14 0含量与 TC及 L DL - C水平含量呈正相关 (r=0 .0 .6 4 7,0 .833,P<0 .0 1) ,HTG患者血浆 GMP- 14 0含量与年龄及 PT呈负相关 (r=- 0 .4 80 ,- 0 .4 90 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论　内源性高甘油三酯血症患者血浆凝血活性的增加 ,血小板 GMP- 14 0活性的改变与血浆 TG含量无关 ,与血浆 TC及 L DL - C含量呈正相关。Objective To explore the effects of hypertriglyceridemia on platelet activities. Methods The plasma prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen(Fg), blood platelet count(BPC) and platelet alpha granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) levels in endogenous hypertriglyceridemic patients were determined, and the relationship between platelet activities and fasting plasma lipids was assessed. Results It was found that PT, Fg levels, BPC and plasma GMP-140 concentration showed no statistically significant difference between the control and hypertriglyceridemic subjects (P>0.05). PT was correlated with the levels of plasma BG and apo E (r=0.500, P=0.012), the levels of Fg was positively correlated with BG( r=0.598 , P=0.000), and BPC of HTG subjects was negatively correlated with TG (r= -0.489 , P<0.05). GMP-140 content was positively correlated with the levels of plasma TC and LDL-C(r= 0.647 , 0.833, P< 0.01 ); in HTG patients it was inversely correlated with age and PT (r=-0.480, -0.490, P< 0.05). Conclusion All of these indicated that increasing of coagulation activity in hypertriglyceridemic patients was correlated with dysfunction of plasma lipids and change of apolipoproteins levels. Plasma GMP-140 was not obviously correlated with plasma TG content, but was positively correlated with plasma TC and LDL-C contents.
