小儿清热止咳口腔速溶片药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究小儿清热止咳口腔速溶片 (QRZK -ODT)的药效学作用。方法采用氨水引咳、二氧化硫引咳、大肠杆菌内毒素致循环衰竭死亡、二甲苯致耳肿胀、干酵母致热等实验方法。结果灌胃给予QRZK ODT 3 86、1 93、0 97g·kg-1能明显延长氨水或二氧化硫引咳小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期 ,并能减少氨水引咳小鼠的咳嗽次数 ,能显著抑制小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀 ,对大肠杆菌内毒素致循环衰竭小鼠无明显保护作用 ;大鼠灌胃给予QRZK ODT 2 68、1 3 4、0 67g·kg-1可显著抑制干酵母性发热时的体温升高。结论小儿清热止咳口腔速溶片保持了小儿清热止咳口服液的清热、止咳、抗炎作用。Objective To study the pharmacodynamics of Xiao'er Qingre Zhike Orally Disintegrating Tablets (QRZK-ORT). Methods Some experiments,including cough induced by ammonia liquor,cough induced by sulfur dioxide,death induced by endomycin,ear edema induced by xylene,fever induced by dried yeast were performed.Results The cough incubation period of mice induced by ammonia liquor or sulfur dioxide was obviously prolonged and the cough times induced by ammonia liquor were decreased by the QRZK-ORT (3.86、1.93、 0.87 g·kg -1 ,i.g.).When the mice were treated with the same dose,the ear edema induced by xylene was significantly inhibited.The mice treated with endomycin couldn't be protected by the QRZK-ORT.In rats,the fever caused by dried yeast was obviously inhibited by the QRZK-ORT (2.68、1.34、 0.67 g·kg -1 ,i.g.).Conclusion QRZK-ORT still shows the same actions of fever removing,cough relieving and anti-inflammation with the Xiao'er Qingre Zhike Oral Solution.
