山东农业科技期刊编辑队伍状况分析

摘　　要：调查表明 ,2 0家农业科技期刊共有编辑人员 12 8名 ,其中专职编辑占 93 75 % ,中青年编辑占 82 81% ,具本科以上学历的占 70 32 % ,具高级技术职称的占 5 3 12 %。与全省科技期刊及工业类、医药类科技期刊相比 ,专职率及中青年编辑比例均为最高 ,学历、职称及综合素质分值都高于全省及工业类 ,低于医药类。与 10年前相比 ,队伍壮大 ,素质提高。农业期刊的质量与编辑队伍的素质呈正相关。Investigation results showed that 20 agricultural sci_tech periodicals have 128 editors, with full_time specialist editors accounting for 93 75%, young and middle aged editors accounting for 82 81% Of whom, 70 32% of editors have undergraduate or higher educational degrees, and 53 21% of editors have senior professional titles Compared with all sci_tech periodicals, industrial and medical periodicals, the rates of full_time editors and young and middle aged editors are highest, and the scores of educational background, professional titles and comprehensive quality are higher than those of all periodicals and industrial periodicals, less than those of medical periodicals The editor team gets stronger and the quality is higher than ten years ago There is positive correlation between the quality of agricultural periodicals and editor team
