摘　　要：文中提出了一种数字水印技术 ,它基于频域双线性插值方法 ,同时运用小波变换添加水印 ,能很好地抵抗旋转攻击 ,实验表明此算法在压缩、滤波方面也有很强的鲁棒性。This paper proposes a rotation resilient watermark algorithm based on bilinear interpolation and watermark transform. The experimental results and attack analysis show that the algorithm is good at counteracting rotation attack and robust at some familiar image processing operations,such as image compression and media filtering.
