摘　　要：文章基于标准化、可视化统一建模语言 (UML) ,对全国邮政综合大网项目———报刊发行业务计算机管理 ,从动态和静态两方面阐述其系统的分析设计 ,旨在拓展和扩大新技术的应用力度和范围 ,使我国的软件开发由传统模式过渡到新的开发模式 ,逐步国际化、标准化、规范化。The computer management system of issue of newspapers and periodicals,which is one of projects of national post integration networks,is designed in standardized and visualized uniform model language(UML) from dynamic and static aspects. In this way,it extends the applications and areas of new technology and makes software developing model internationalization and standardization.
