摘 要:在水培条件下,研究了硝酸铅对1年生杨梅(Myricarubra)幼苗生长的影响。在含1mmol/L硝酸铅的1/4Hoagland培养基中培养2个月,杨梅幼苗能正常生长,但与对照相比,生长受到一定程度的抑制。即使在含5mmol/L硝酸铅的1/4Hoagland培养基中,也有1株杨梅幼苗能存活2个月。杨梅对铅离子有较强的吸收能力和抗性,叶片干重中铅含量达到1107.9mg/kg,植株没有出现铅毒害症状,而且生长正常。因而也可认为杨梅是一种铅超积累植物,可用于铅污染土壤的修复。Effect o f lead nitrate on1-year-old seedlings of Myrica rubra cultured in1/4Hoagland solution was studied.Re-sults showed that the seedlings of Myrica rubra cultu red in1/4Hoagland solution containing1mmol/L lead nitrate grew normally for 2months,although it grew a little slower than control;furthermore,one seedli ng of Myrica rubra could survive2months in1/4Hoagland solution containing5 .0mmol/L lead nitrate.Myrica rubra has high absorption capability and re-si stance to Pb 2+ .The seedlings of Myrica rubra did not appear harmful symptom and grew nor mally when Pb 2+ concentration in leaf was1107.9mg/kg(Dry weight).Therefore,Myric a rubra could be considered as hyper-accumulator of Pb 2+ and used in remediation of lead-contaminated soil.
