摘  要:以雌蕊败育率不同的2个杏品种Tyinthos(败育率低)和金杏(败育率高)为试材,于花芽分化后期(9月中旬)各选一枝条进行14C标记,研究其14C同化物的分配规律。结果表明,Tyinthos花芽在各个时期的同化物比强、花芽的同化物分配率、叶片的光合产物利用率均高于金杏。Experiments were carried out with on e of the low sterile apricot variety Tyinthos and the high sterile apricot vari-ety Jinxing and the 14 CO 2 feeding experiment was carried out in late September.Results showed that in the anaphase of the flower bud differentiation,the 14 C specific intensity was almost two times higher in Tyinthos flower buds th an that in Jinxing variety;and the distribution rate of 14 C assimilation was also higher in Tyinthos flower buds.The utilization rate of the photo-synthetic production was lower in apricot trees than in apple tre es and the photosynthetic production was more utilized by Tyinthos than by Jinxi ng.It was concluded that the carbon nutrition status in the anaphase of the flo wer bud differentiation was important to the pistil development and the shorta ge of the nutrition will result in the pistil malformation.
