摘　　要：公共图书馆参与文化旅游和旅游文化建设将是一个颇具发展潜力和广阔前景的新领域。本文就其两者之间的关系及其公共图书馆参与旅游文化建设的思路进行研究、探讨 ,并结合全国各地公共图书馆为文化旅游服务的实践 ,重点提出了从十一个方面入手 ,依托旅游文化建设 ,挖掘内在潜力和优势 ,拓展图书馆服务的领域和层次 ,以旅游文化品牌树立公共图书馆新形象的建议。Public library participating in the construction of the cultural tourism and the tourist culture will be a new field which has potential development and wide foreground. In the article we'll discuss on the relationship between them and the thought of the participation in the construction of the tourist culture, and according to the practice and experience of the public libraries' service on the cultural tourism all over the country, mainly put forward that starting with eleven aspects, relying on tourist cultural construction, excavating internal potential and advantage, developing fields and levels of the library service, so as to setting up the new face with tourist culture brand.
