摘  要:目的 探讨中药丹参水溶性单体成分丹酚酸B(SalB)对体外培养心肌细胞模拟心肌缺血再灌注损伤 (MIRI)钙超载的干预作用。方法 建立大鼠心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤模型。缺氧 4h ,复氧 2 0h ,应用荧光染料Fura - 2 /AM定量测定细胞内游离Ca2 +浓度。结果 SalB可以减少细胞内Ca2 +的浓度。结论 SalB可以抑制心肌细胞缺氧复氧过程中的Ca2 +超载 ,是其发挥心肌缺血再灌注损伤心肌保护作用的机制之一。Objective It is to discuss the intervene effect of the Salvianolic acid B on the calcium overload of cardiac muscle cell cultured in vitro during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI). Methods MIRI rat model was established. The span of hypoxia was four hours and the span of reoxygenation was 20 hours. The intracellular free calcium concentrations were detected with Fura-2/AM. Results Salvianolic acid B could decrease the intracellular free calcium concentration. Conclusion Salvianolic acid B can protect cardiac muscle cell during MIRI by inhibiting calcium overload in the course of hypoxia and reoxygenation.
