逍遥丸治疗胃脘痛作用机制的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的　研究逍遥丸治疗胃脘痛的作用机制。方法　静脉注射新斯的明建立肠痉挛动物模型 ,然后静脉注射逍遥丸溶液 ,记录肠肌活动。结果　新斯的明使肠平滑肌痉挛性收缩 ,血管变细 ,颜色暗紫 ;逍遥丸使肠平滑肌节律性收缩 ,血管扩张 ,颜色转红。结论　逍遥丸可对抗新斯的明所致的肠痉挛 。Objective It is to study the affect mechanism of Xiaoyao pill on abdominal pain. Methods Enterospasm animal models were induced with Neostigmine intravenous injection. Then Xiaoyao pill liquid was injected intravenously. Activities of intestinal muscle were recorded. Results Neostigmine can contract the intestinal muscle convulsively, shrink the blood vessel and dark the blood color. Xiaoyao pill can contract the intestinal muscle rhythmically, expand blood vessel and turn the blood color to red. Conclusion Xiaoyao pill can resist the enterospasm caused by Neostigmine and make the strong and sharp contract become rhythmic contract.
