摘　　要：目的 介绍线性结构方程模型在生存质量影响因素分析中的应用。方法 通过问卷调查,对调查结果进行线性结构模型拟合。结果 心理状况有影响的因素有:时间因素、疾病因素、辅助治疗因素;对生理状况有影响的因素有:时间因素、手术因素和康复因素;对社会功能状况有影响的因素有:时间因素和患者特征因素。同时,生理状况决定心理及社会状况,心理状况决定社会状况。结论 线性结构方程模型在使用上具有很多传统的统计方法不具备的优势,在使用时应注意与专业知识的结合。Objective To give the usage of Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) model in the analysis on the influential factors of the quality of life. Methods The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed with Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) model. Results The influential factors on psychological condition were: survival duration, illness and auxiliary therapy; on physical condition were: survival duration, surgery and rehabilitation; On social condition were: survival duration and character of the patients. Physical condition determined psychological and social condition, and psychological condition determined social condition. Conclusion The Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) model has many merits in usage of which the traditional statistical methods lack.The usage of LISREL model should combine with professional knowledge.
