摘 要:建立了梳脱式联合收割机脱粒与输送装置的动力学模型,应用Fuzzytoolbox设计了模糊控制器。当作物属性变化等因素而引起该装置的工作负荷发生较大变化时,模糊控制器能够对机组前进速度做出相应的调整,使被控量迅速恢复到设定值附近,且能保持稳定,有利于发挥机器的最大的工作潜能,提高机器的可靠性,降低机器故障率。A dynamic model of the threshing and transporting devices of a stripping combine was built, and controlling and controlled variables of the system were determined. With the FUZZYTOOLBOX of the software MATLAB, the fuzzy controller was designed. This fuzzy controller can respond effectively to a bigger change of the devices working load with changes of harvested crop, and restore the controlled variable to its setting value and stabilize it around the setting value. It accords with the anticipated working effect. It proved that the fuzzy control system could keep the devices working load stable, improve the combine reliability, exert its potential and increase its work efficiency.
