TST对中老年男子PADAM患者临床症状及血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察雄激素补充疗法 (Testosterone supplementation therapy,TST)对中老年男子部分雄激素缺乏症 (Partial an-drogen deficiency in aging m en,PADAM)患者临床更年期症状及血脂水平的影响。方法 :观察比较安慰剂对照组 16例 (对照组 )及十一酸睾酮治疗组 30例 (治疗组 )治疗前后更年期症状的评分、空腹血脂水平及肝肾功能的变化。结果 :对照组临床症状及血脂水平治疗前后无明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而治疗组治疗后较治疗前临床症状明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,TC、TG、L DC- ch明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,HDL - ch无改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗后 TC治疗组较对照组明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,临床症状较对照组明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中老年男子 PADAM患者 ,短期服用雄激素后可改善更年期症状及降低血 TC、TG及 L DC- ch水平。Objective:To study changes both symptoms of andropause and serum lipid levels in TST of PADAM in aging male.Methods:16 cases in placebo and 30 cases in andriol treatment group were followed-up at pre-treatment and 6 month post-treatment respectively, The score of symptoms in andropause were determined and changes of serum lipid levels were observed.Result:The score of symptoms of andropause and serum lipid levels had no significantly change (P>0.05) in placebo group, and these were improved significantly (P<0.05) in andriol treatment group.Conclusion:TST could improve symptoms and declined the serum lipid levels of TC,TG and LDL-ch in short period in PADAM patients.
