摘　　要：目的　了解拉萨市区藏族中老年人群高血压患病情况及影响因素。方法　采用在居民集中区普查的方法对 4853例藏族中老年人群进行血压、血糖及体重指数等检查。结果　拉萨市区藏族中老年人群高血压患病率为 40 68% ,并且发现年龄与高血压患病率呈正相关 ;60岁以上老年人单纯收缩期高血压患病率明显增加 ,超重肥胖发生率及血糖异常率 ,高血压组明显高于正常血压组。高血压知晓率 3 9 56% ,治疗率 2 9 64% ,控制率 9 68%。结论　西藏拉萨市区藏族中老年人高血压患病率高 ,与其特殊的地理环境、生活方式、过多脂肪和钠盐的摄入、运动量较少、低文化程度等有关。高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率较低 。Objective To study the prevalence rate of hypertension and the risk factors of the mid-elderly population in the urban and rural areas of Lhasa City Methods A total of 4 853 people aged over 40 were surveyed Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose and BMI etc were examined Results The prevalence rate of hypertension in the mid-elderly people were 40 68%, and the prevalence rate increased with aging The prevalence rate of ISH increased progressively with aging, especially among over 60 years old It is found that the prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia, overweight and diabetes in hypertension were much higher than that in normotensives (P<0 05) Aware rate of established hypertension is 39 56%, patients with treatment rate of established hypertension is 29 64%,control rate is 9 68% Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in the mid-elderly population in the urban and rural areas of Lhasa City is high. The causes of high prevalence rate of hypertension in the urban and rural areas of Lhasa City may be ascribed to special geography surroundings, unwholesome life style, more fat and sodium intake, less physical activity and low education etc The awareness, treatment and the control rate of hypertension are stil l not satisfactory
