摘 要:采用示差扫描量热(DSC)法对不饱和聚酯树脂(UP树脂)/CaCO3复合体系的固化过程进行研究,得出不同升温速率下UP树脂/CaCO3复合体系固化过程中的DSC曲线,并由动态DSC曲线求出固化反应的活化能、固化反应级数及动力学方程中的指前因子等参数,建立了复合体系固化反应动力学的数学模型。The curing reactions of UP/CaCO3 composite is studied by DSC at different temperature raising rates.The apparent activation energy,reaction orders and the preexponential factor for the kinetic equation of the reaction are calculated based on the results of the dynamic DSC curves,and finally the kinetic equation of the curing reaction of the CaCO3/UP resin composite is established.The results show that the DSC curves of UP/CaCO3 composite will give an single peak respectively,but the temperature of the peak gets,higher when the heating rate of the composite is raised.And the reaction order of the composite will also vary with the heating rate,the greater the rate is,the smaller the reaction order is.In addition,the mathematic model can be applied to stand for the curing reaction of UP/CaCO3 composite approximately under the experimental situations.
