摘　　要：根据天然草地生态建设工程的特点以及对维持生态系统稳定性、涵养水源和改良土壤等方面的影响提出了一套初步的监测评价体系。A monitor and evaluation system has been advanced according to the characteristic of grassland eco-system construction project and it's constructional effect on maintaining ecological stabilization, water reservation and soil improvement.
