摘　　要：随着柴油机用量的增加,排放污染日趋严重,不仅损害大气环境,而且直接危害人体健康,已引起世界各国的关注。除颁布了日趋严格的排放控制法规外,并积极开发柴油机的机内外排放污染物技术与装置。With the increasingly using of the diesel engines.the problems of discharging dirt have become more and more seri-ously,not only affected the atmosphere environment,but also done something unhealthy to people's lives directly .These have already aroused concerns and attentions all over the world.These countries have been positively doing researches to develop the controlling technology and installation on discharging dirt of diesel engines inside or oulside,they have also published laws and regulations of stricdy limiting discharging dirt.
