农业剩余劳动力滞留对农民增收的影响及对策

摘　　要：分析了近年来农业剩余劳动力滞留加剧的态势与原因,论证了农业剩余劳动力滞留加剧是农民收入增长缓慢的根本原因,认为农民增收的根本途径在于推进农业剩余劳动力转移与转化,实现劳动力的充分就业。This paper analyzes the tendency and causes for the severe detention of surplus labor force from agriculture ; it proves that severe detention of surplus labor force from agriculture is the basic reason for the slow increase of farmers' income; and it points out that the fundamental way for increasing farmers' income lies on promoting the transformation and transfer of surplus labor force from agriculture and realizing full employment of labor force.
