奎的平治疗精神分裂症76例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　评价奎的平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和副反应。方法　用奎的平治疗精神分裂症患者 76例 ,疗程 8周 ,采用PANSS、BPRS和 TESS量表观察疗效和副反应。结果　奎的平治疗精神分裂症的总有效率达 80 .2 6%,PANSS评分和BPRS评分治疗前后相比有显著性差异 ,不良反应有口干、嗜睡、低血压、胃肠道反应等。结论　奎的平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物 。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and side effects of quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenic patients.Method 76 patients with schizophrenioa were treated with quetiapine for 8 weeks,Clinical effect and side effects were measured by PANSS,BPRS and TESS rating scales.Results The total effective rate of quetiapine in treating schizophrenia was 80.26%.There were significant differences of PANSS and BPRS scores between before and after treatment.Side effects were dry mouth,dizziness,hypotension and gastrointestinal symptoms ect.Conclusion Quetiapine was effective and safe neuroleptics.It could be used as first line neuroleptics.
