木本植物组织培养技术研究进展

摘　　要：从培养基、外植体及培养条件等方面介绍了木本植物组织培养技术的研究进展,讨论了木本植物组织培养过程中存在的褐变、生根难及玻璃化等问题及可能解决的途径。对木本植物的愈伤组织及胚状体的培养也进行了初步探讨。The latest achievement of culture technology in woody plant tissue is introduced. The problems of turning brown, difficult rooting, vitrification of shoots and the way to deal with them are discussed. Callus and embryoid of woody plant are also discussed.
