摘　　要：试验探讨蛋鸡育成期不同蛋白质水平对血液生化指标的影响。结果表明 ,在必需氨基酸和其他营养满足的前提下 ,血清总蛋白前 3组和对照组相比差异不显著 (P >0 0 5) ,第 2组 (Pr 1 3 2 % )含量最高 ,说明饲料效率最佳 ;碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)同样以第 2组活性最高 ;而脂质过氧化物 (LPO)则是第 2组最低 ,极显著低于第 1组 (Pr 1 4 5 % )和对照组 (Pr 1 5 % ) (P <0 0 1 )。This experiment was conducted in Roman Brown commercial egg-layers at 14 to 18 week of age to determine the influence of different protein levels,14.5%,13.2%,12%,on blood biochemical indexes . The results showed that there were no differences in serum protein levels between first three groups and the control, but it was the highest in the 2nd group.AKP and SOD were the highest,but LPO was the lowest in the second group than in other groups.
