肾阳虚证动物模型规范化研究中诊断指标选择的初步探讨

摘　　要：肾阳虚证动物模型的研究至今已有几十年的历史 ,但尚未建立公认的、规范的对动物模型肾阳虚证的评价标准。总结肾阳虚证动物模型诊断包括症状、病因、治疗、客观指标、相关因素等几个方面的研究进展 ,提出模型诊断中存在的问题 ,并根据前人的研究进展提出了肾阳虚证动物模型诊断指标的一个规范化的设想 ,从一般状态观察及试验检测、客观指标、药物反证三个大的方面进行模型的诊断 ,为今后肾阳虚动物模型的评价提供参考。The study of animal model with kidney yang deficiency syndrome had a history of forty years.Few widely accepted and canonical diagnostic standard of kidney yang deficiency has been established until now.This paper summarized the development of primary study on diagnosing animal model with kidney yang deficiency in several aspects:symptoms,etiological diagnosis,objective index and relative factors,and pointed out some problems in model diagnosis.This paper brought forward assumption of diagnostic standard of animal model with kidney yang deficiency,diagnose the model in three aspects:symptoms,objective indexes and treatment improvements,which was based on the primary study.This was hoped to provide areference on estimation of animal model with kidney yang deficiency.
