三种镇痛方法用于人工流产术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:总结分析双异丙酚配伍芬太尼、安定配伍芬太尼及单用安定在人工流产术中镇痛的临床效果。方法:选择自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女435例术前随机分组静脉用药麻醉,A组双异丙酚配伍芬太尼,B组安定配伍芬太尼,C组单用安定。结果:A组术中无痛率100％,术后宫缩痛率89％;B组术中无痛率95％,术后宫缩痛率11.43％;C组术中镇痛次于A、B组,术后镇痛率优于A组,次于B组。结论:双异丙酚配伍芬太尼静脉麻醉及安定配伍芬太尼静脉注射应用于人工流产术中镇痛效果满意,而后者药效作用时间长,术后宫缩痛发率更低。Objective: To sum up and analyze the analgesia clinical effect of Proprofol combined with Citrate, Diazepam com-bined with Citrate and Diazepam separately available for the induced abortion. Method: 435 women who want to stop the early - pregnancy were divided randomly into three groups before operation. Group A: Proprofol combined with Citrate vein injec-tion; Group B: Diazepam combined with Citrate vein injection; Group C: Diazepam vein injection. Result: In Group A, the pain -free ratio during operation is 100% and the uterodynia ratio after operation is 89%: in Group B, the pain - free ratio during operation is 95% and the uterodynia ratio after operation is 11. 43% ; in Group C. the analgesia during operation is in-ferior to that in Group A and Group B, the analgesia ratio after operation is superior to Group A and is inferior to Group B. Conclusion: Proprofol combined with Citrate vein anesthesia and Diazepam combined with Citrate vein injection for the induced abortion have a satisfactory analgesia effect while the latter has a longer pesticide effect and a lower uterodynia ratio after oper-ation.
