摘 要:目的 :评价FLAIR序列对脑挫裂伤的诊断价值及临床应用。材料和方法 :采用 1.5TMR机对 96例脑挫裂伤患者进行扫描 ,并对FLAIR序列与FSE序列所得图像进行对比分析。结果 :FLAIR序列检出病变 96例 ,FSE序列检出 77例 ,前者检出率高且图像对比度更好。结论 :FLAIR序列对脑挫裂伤有高度的敏感性 ,有很高的临床使用价值 ,尤其对临床症状明显而常规序列检查阴性者意义更大。Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of FLAIR sequence in cerebral contusion and its clinical application. Materials and Methods: Ninety six patients with cerebral contusion were examined using a 1.5 T MR scanner. The images that acquired with FLAIR sequence were compared with those acquired with FSE sequence. Results: The lesions were revealed in 96 cases with FLAIR sequence, but in only 77 cases with FSE sequence. FLAIR sequence had a higher detecting rate, and the image quality acquired with FLAIR was better than that of FSE sequence. Conclusion: FLAIR sequence has a high sensitivity in detecting the cerebral contusion, and it is of great value in the clinical application, especially in those patients with evident of clinical symptoms and negative imaging findings by conventional pulse sequences.
