摘　　要：目的 :探讨经椎板微创腰椎间盘手术方法 ,临床效果及影响因素。方法 :在椎间盘镜直视下 ,对120例单间隙腰椎间盘突出症进行突出髓核摘除术 ,并进行疗效分析。结果 :所有病例均获随访 ,平均随访8个月 ,平均住院5天 ,无手术并发症。据改良的Macnab评分法 ,优良率96%。结论 :经椎板椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘切除术具有创伤小 ,恢复快 ,出血少 ,痛苦轻 ,神经减压彻底 。Objective:To study the method,clinical effect and influential factors of minimal-traumatic microendoscopic discectomy via lamina.Methods:120 patients with single lumbar disc herniation were treated with minimal-traumatic nucleus pulposus extraction under microendoscope,and the clinical outcome was analysed.Results:According to improved Macnab score,the excellent rate was 96%during follw-up for 8 months on the average.All patients had no complication,and the average hospitalization time was 5 days.Conclusion:The microendoscopic lumbar discectomy via lamina has advantages of less trauma,quick restoration,less bleeding and little postoperative pain,its effect is definite with complete nervous decompression.
