胃炎消对胃癌癌前病变组织中表皮生长因子受体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃癌癌前病变 (PL GC)组织中表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)蛋白及 m RNA水平的表达及中药胃炎消的调控作用。方法 :胃镜病理证实为 PL GC病例共 4 0例 ,分为胃炎消治疗 (胃炎消 )组 2 5例 ,维酶素治疗(对照 )组 15例 ,治疗前、后胃粘膜固定部位活检标本 ,采用 L SAB免疫组织化学及原位分子杂交标记的方法作EGFR蛋白翻译和 m RNA转录水平的检测。结果 :胃炎消组症状总有效率为 84 .0 0 % ,病理疗效以中度异型增生为好 ,作用优于对照组 ;在 PL GC组织中 ,EGFR蛋白翻译和 m RNA转录水平均有过表达 ,且其表达随病变的进展而递增 ;胃炎消能使 EGFR蛋白及 m RNA的表达下调。结论 :胃炎消对 PL GC有良好的治疗作用 ;该治疗作用可能与本方下调 PL GC组织中与细胞增殖相关 EGFR蛋白及 m RNA的表达有关。Objective: To observe epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and its mRNA expression in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC),and the effect of Weiyanxiao(WYX) on them. Methods: Forty patients with PLGC confirmed endoscopically and pathologically were studied.25 of them were treated with WYX,and 15 with Weimeisu(WMS) as control. EGFR protein and mRNA expression were detected by the LSAB immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization histochemical methods respectively before and after the treatment.Results: The therapeutic effect of WYX group in improving clinical syndromes and moderate dysplasia was better than that of WMS group. The overexpression of EGFR and its mRNA was found in PLGC,and gradually increased with the progress of lesions. WYX reduced the overexpression of EGFR and its mRNA in PLGC tissues. Conclusion:WYX had good therapeutic effect on PLGC,which might be related with its regulating effect on the expression of EGFR and its mRNA.
