摘　　要：目的:了解婚前医学检查青年生殖健康知识现状和需求。方法:采用流行病学调查方法以结构式问卷的形式对1000例婚前体检青年的生殖健康知识和需求进行了调查。结果:对象中只有6.7％能说出生殖健康的基本内容。有77.9％的对象在婚前已有过性生活经历,其中只有34.8％在第一次性生活时使用了避孕套;72.7％的对象目前已经有规律的性生活,只有38.8％的对象自诉每次性生活时使用避孕措施,8％的对象有过使用紧急避孕方法的经历。34.6％的对象能说出“知情选择”的基本内容。72.3％婚检青年获取避孕知识的主要途径是通过自己阅读有关的报刊书籍,46.2％的对象是通过与性伙伴在一起后才开始接触避孕知识。约半数对象认为避孕节育知识应该从初、高中阶段就开始学习,且喜欢从医生那里获取这方面的知识。结论:性知识、避孕节育与优生优育方面的知识是未婚青年亟需补充的,家庭、学校和社会应共同努力以满足未婚青年生殖健康的需求。Objective: To investigate the knowledge level and demands for reproductive health among newly - married couples. Methods: The knowledge level and the demands for reproductive health were assessed a-mong 1000 persons who got premarital examination in Shanghai through cross - section survey. Results: Only 6. 7% of the interviewee could tell the basic contents of reproductive health. 77. 9% of interviewee had al-ready experienced sexual life, 34.8% of them used condoms in their first sexual intercourse. 72.7% of those had their regular sexual life and 38. 8% of them took contraceptive method in every episode of inter-course. 8% had taken emergency contraceptive pills. 34. 6% ones know the concept of 'informed choice' , 72. 3% ones mainly obtained their contraceptive knowledge from reading books and magazines, 46. 2% ones didnt contact contraceptive knowledge until they stayed with their sexual partners. Nearly 50% of the inter-viewee regarded that the contraceptive knowledge should be taught in middle school and high school. They preferred to get these knowledge from medical personnel. Conclusion: It is suggested that the family, school and society should work together to reach the unmeet demands of the reproductive health and raise the level of reproductive health among the unmarried young people.
