摘　　要：目的　建立石楠叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法　采用 RP- HPL C法测定 ,色谱柱为Zorbax ODS柱 ,用甲醇 - 1%醋酸水溶液 (88∶ 12 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 15 nm。结果　熊果酸和齐墩果酸的平均回收率分别为 98.5 % ,97.6 % (n=3) ,RSD分别为 1.6 2 ,1.89 (n=3)。结论　本法准确、灵敏、快速 ,可作为石楠叶药材的质量检测方法之一。Objective To establish a method for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in leaves of Photinia serrulata.MethodThe determination was carried out by RP-HPLC on Zorbax ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methol-1 %HAc solution (88∶12) as the mobile phase, and the detective wavelength was 215 nm.Results The average recovery of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was 98.5 and 97.6% (n=3) with RSD of 1.62% and 1.89% (n=3),respectively.Conclusion This method is rapid , simple , accurate and good for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in leaves of Photinia serrulata.
