摘　　要：目的 :总结鼻窦内窥镜手术的护理经验。方法 :对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉行鼻窦内窥镜手术的 10 3例进行术前、术后各环节的全面护理。结果 :10 3例中Ⅰ型 4 8例治愈 4 2例 ,占 87 5 % ,好转 6例 ,占 12 5 % ;Ⅱ型 5 0例治愈 38例 ,占 76 % ,好转 12例 ,占 2 4 % ;Ⅲ型 5例治愈 3例 ,占 6 0 % ,好转 2例 ,占4 0 %。无 1例发生严重并发症。结论 :采用系统护理方法 ,提高了治疗效果。Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of Rhino endoscopic surgery.Method:103 cases with chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps were performed endoscopic sinus surgery.According to the preoperative and postoperative nursing observation and investigation,the systematic nursing methods were performed.Result: 103 cases were divided into type Ⅰ(48 cases),Ⅱ(50 cases)and Ⅲ(5 cases).The cure rate of type Ⅰ was 87.5%(42 cases),Ⅱ type 76%(38 cases)and Ⅲ type 60%(3 cases).The rest got improvement.No serious complication occurred.Conclusion:Using the systematic methods,the patients get better therapeutic effect.The preoperative and postoperative nursing care is crucial in the improvement of the therapeutic effect.
