摘  要:目的探讨单心室复合畸形的超声诊断。方法总结我院经静脉造影和手术证实的9例单心室畸形的超声探查方法和结果。首先经仰卧位剑下探查,然后经胸骨旁、心尖切面、胸骨上窝切面完善和证实各种心内畸形并对比分析。结果 9例中男6例,女3例,年龄3.5~11岁。其单心室均伴大动脉转位、心内畸形。结论剑下切面可确认内脏心房位,初步确认大动脉关系及心内畸形。多切面寻找室间隔或始基室间隔的位置和形态是鉴别诊断的关键,肺动脉发育状况可估测病情程度。ObjectiveTo investigate the ultrasonic diagnosis of the single ventricle compound abnormality.Methods9cases of the single ventricle compound abnormality confirmed by phlebography and operation in our hospital were summa-rized. First of all, the cardiac segmental analysis was performed by supination subcostal scanning, then try to improve andconfirm the variety of intracardiac abnormalities through the parasternal, the apical cross section and the suprasternal crosssection.ResultsOf 9 cases, 6 cases were male and 3 cases were female. The age ranged from 3.5 to 11 years old. All 9patients of the single ventricle had transposition of the great artery and intracardiac abnormalities.ConclusionsThesubcostal cross section can make sure of the viceroatrial sites. It also can preliminary affirm the relationship between the greatarteries and the intracardiac abnormalities. The key to the differential diagnosis is to look for the position and shape of theventricular septum from the different cross sections. The development of pulmonary artery can estimate the degree of illness.
