摘　　要：对建筑维护结构保温隔热节能技术在住宅建筑设计中的应用实践进行了分析,论述了该节能措施在 降低能耗和提高室内热舒适度方面的重要价值。The practice for the application of energy efficiency technology of the heat preservation and heat insulation in residential buildings design is analyzed. The important value of this energy efficiency measure in the respect of reducing energy consumption and raising comfort is discussed.
