摘　　要：目的 :观察宁夏枸杞王胶囊的安全性。方法 :对小鼠进行骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、急性毒性试验及大鼠30d喂养试验。结果 :小鼠急性毒性试验最大耐受量大于 36 0g/kg ;大鼠 30d喂养试验 ,未见动物出现行为、体重、血象、肝、肾功能的异常变化 ,组织切片也未见各组之间、两种性别之间脏器结构有明显差异 ;对小鼠骨髓细胞未见损伤作用 ;对小鼠精子不产生畸变作用。结论Objective: To evaluate the safety of Ningxia Lycium barbarum essence capsule Methods: both acute toxicity tests and long term toxicity tests were done respectively on mice and rats by routine techniques Acute toxicity tests include LD50, micro nucleus test of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and spermatodeformity test; long term tests include observing rat appearances, forage-intaking volume , body weight, testing liver and kidney functions and examining liver and kidney tissues by microscope Results: The results showed that the largest tolerant dosage was over 36 0g kg -1 No abnormal changes in animal behavior, body weight , hepatic and renal functions and morphology were seen between experiment rats and control rats, nor were the abnormal alteration of micro nucleus number and spermatodeformity seen Conclusion: It is harmless and safe to take Ningxia Lycium barbarum essence capsule not only for short term, but for long-term as well
